Delete your Valyzen Travel account

In the app (fastest)

Open Valyzen Travel and go to Account → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

By request

If you can no longer access the app, email support@valyzen.com with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address on your account (we verify ownership before deleting). We complete verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, contact details, preferences)
• Saved travelers and saved travel documents
• Saved payment cards (also detached from our payment processor)
• API/access tokens and your sign-in identity

What is retained

Completed booking and payment records are retained as financial records (tax, accounting, refund, and fraud-prevention obligations), no longer linked to a live account. Details in our Privacy Policy.
