Pricing

Flat fees. Never a share of the price.

An arbiter paid on the outcome is a party. Valyzen charges a fixed fee per signed agreement and a fixed fee per audit, and nothing else, on either side of the table.

Negotiation Gateway

$0.50per signed agreement

For stores and merchant agents that negotiate under the arbiter.

  • The first 50 signed agreements each month carry no charge.
  • Sessions that close without an agreement are not billed.
  • On Shopify, an agreement is billed through Shopify billing once the order is paid, under a monthly cap you approve.
  • Never a share of the price, on either side.

Merchant Agent Red Team

$5,000/₹3,00,000

per audit, one merchant agent or pricing policy.

  • A written report, a signed replay bundle, the rerun command, and a readout.
  • At least 30 recorded replays per attack, two arms each.
  • About two weeks from intake, under a one-page mutual NDA.
  • Your results are yours. Nothing about your agent is published.

How billing works

What counts, what is billed, what never is.

A signed agreement

One session that ends in session.agree: both sides accepted the same terms, every invariant held, and the arbiter signed the receipt. A session the arbiter closes is not an agreement and is not billed.

Shopify stores
Billed through Shopify billing as a usage charge under a monthly cap you approve at install. Change or remove the cap in your Shopify admin at any time.
Merchant agents elsewhere
A monthly invoice for the signed agreements of the month, with the receipt ids listed. Pay by card or transfer.
Test mode
Sessions run with test keys are never billed and never touch a live store.

Never charged

  • A share of the price, on either side.
  • Sessions that close without an agreement.
  • The buyer or the buyer’s agent. Buyers are never charged.
  • Reading a receipt or verifying one. The verifier is public.

Volume terms for marketplaces and platforms are agreed in writing, as a flat fee per agreement, never a share.

Questions

What people ask about the fee.

Why not a share of the price?

Because an arbiter that earns more when the price moves has a side. A flat fee per agreement is the same whether the merchant or the buyer gave more ground, so the arbiter has nothing to gain from either.

Can I cap what I spend?

Yes. Shopify stores set a monthly cap at install and the connector stops opening live sessions when it is reached. Merchant agents elsewhere set a cap in the dashboard.

Is there a fee to connect or a monthly minimum?

No. Connecting a store, setting rules, and running test sessions are free. You pay per signed agreement once you are live, after the monthly allowance.

Who pays the audit?

The merchant who orders it. The audit is a flat fee, every session in it is stamped affiliated, and the report says so on page one.
